As the nation enters into its third week of the circuit breaker period, McDonald’s Singapore today announced it will be closing all outlets in Singapore until 4 May 2020. The suspension will take effect on today (19 Apr 2020), 11 am onwards.
Advised by MOH, to Suspend Restaurant Operations
Mcdonald’s Singapore has been advised by the Ministry of Health that as a preventative action in the fight against COVID-19 in Singapore, it is suspending restaurant operations, including McDelivery and Drive-Thru, till May 4.
With effect from 11 am, all McDonald’s restaurants in Singapore will be closed for business. (Drive-Thru
will close at 8 am, and last order for Delivery is at 10:30 am.)
McDonald’s Singapore: 5 Employees At 4 Different Branches Infected With Covid-19
As of April 12th 2020, five employees at four different McDonald’s Singapore branches have been diagnosed with COVID-19. The outlets included Two from McDonald’s LIDO, One from Mcdonald’s Forum Galleria, One from Mcdonald’s Parklane and One from Mcdonald’s Geylang East Central. The affected outlets have been thoroughly disinfected and are closed until further notice. As of today (19 Apr 2020), all Mcdonald’s outlets are announced to be closed.
McDonald’s S’pore Closing All Outlets Until 4 May 2020 From Today Onwards
To keep everyone and flatten the curve, McDonald’s S’pore has been advised by MOH to suspend all restaurant operation until the circuit breaker period ends (4 May 2020). Let’s stay strong and we can still have McDonald’s in lesser than two weeks!
