The Char Kway Teow ($4) is served with a generous amount of ingredients like fishcake, egg, lup cheong, cockles, pork lard, and vegetables, delivering layers of textures and flavours to the dish. The noodles are perfectly cooked, delivering a beautiful balance of sweetness and savouriness, with a pleasant kick of spice. Additionally, the wok hey adds an incredible smokiness that gives each bite a harmonious balance of flavours.

For those who love their pork lard, you will definitely enjoy the tasty golden nuggets here. Served in big and crispy chunks, its umami and crunch make it simply divine when paired with the noodles.
