Crafted with charcoal-infused dough and presented with an elegant noir tint, reminiscent of vinyl’s allure, each flavour like Pineapple the Sailor Ham and Play that Fungi Muzik playfully nods to classic hits. Utilising slow-fermented kombucha dough, this guilt-free indulgence offers lower gluten, cholesterol, and glycemic index, while activated charcoal detoxifies without compromising the dough’s light, airy texture. Drinks On The Menu

Little Island Brewing Co. exclusively offers its beer, brewed at its microbrewery in Changi Village. Brewmaster Steve Spinney advocates for manual brewing methods, ensuring flexibility in recipe creation and perfection in every batch. Despite the absence of advanced machinery, the brewing process is meticulous, starting with boiling malt and adding hops according to recipes. All beers are served directly from the tanks, unfiltered and unpasteurised, prioritising freshness and quality.
