Therefore, LTA decided that our 5 iconic bridges will remain illuminated in blue until June 11. As a constant reminder that our front liners are still wrestling with the virus. As all of us might have already known, most of Singapore’s landmarks were tinted in blue as a part of #SeeItBlue initiative.
These blue bridges also stand to raise mental health awareness. Especially for those who stayed at home during the Circuit Breaker. #SeeItBlue initiative is a global movement that wants cities to light up in blue. Celebrating the never-ending efforts of front-line workers. The movement started in Britain and has now spread to 17 other countries.

With that being said, if you are planning to visit these bridges, make sure to keep your social distance in crowded areas. Always wear masks in public areas and wash and sanitize your hands when necessary. We can do this, friends!
