If you haven’t heard, the popular chicken rice stall, Sin Ming Rd Chicken Rice, has now moved into their own shop house restaurant setting at Bishan. The dynamic husband-and-wife team Kelvin and Dynn has kept the business going for the past eight years.
Sin Ming Rd Chicken Rice Relocates To Bishan
You can now enjoy their island-wide best Hainanese Chicken Rice in an air-conditioned setting, and they have an expanded menu as well. Their new menu now includes daily soups such as Sze Chuan Pork Ribs, Lotus Root Pork Ribs, Old Cucumber Pork Ribs, ABC Pork Ribs, and Bittergourd Pork Ribs. Do note that the soup menu is a rotating one and only one type is available per day.
Expanded Menu With New Soup And Zichar Offerings
Apart from their signature steamed and roasted chicken, you can also order zi char style dishes such as Steamed Beancurd ($10.80), Thai Sauce Fried Beancurd ($8.80) and Chilli Kang Kong ($8.80) for a hearty meal.
