1. Big Big Fries

Firstly, Big Big Fries! Missed it at ArtBox? Fret not, because they will also be found at the food fair at Marina Bay. These huge fries that come with a generous amount of dressings like Himalayan Pink Salt, Mentaiko Mayonnaise and Seaweed Mayonnaise will be available at the food fair. Get them while they’re hot and crispy, coated in Big Big Fries’ savory and umami flavored dressings!

2. Spud’s Shack

Get yourself some potato rosti but with a twist, at Spud’s Shack. Serving you classic and delicious potato rosti with additional sides and toppings that gives you that extra kick. Not much pop-up food stalls offer quality potato rosti, so don’t miss out Spud’s Shack booth!

3. Fooditude

The ever-popular Fooditude can also be found at the food street at Escapade @ Marina Bay Sands! Returning with their soft and pillowy Praffles, a cross between Prata and waffles that is filled with both sweet and savory options! A must-try is their Truffle Cheese Praffles ($10.90) and Rainbow Praffles ($8.90)!

4. Oddball

What better way to cool down after squeezing through the crowd, than ice cream? At Oddball, they serve ice cream topped off with toasted meringue! How interesting is that? Besides that, their ice cream comes in unique flavors such as Lavender Honey as well as Honey & Figs! They will be at Booth 19 at the Uncle Ringo Carnival this December.

5. Sofnade

Meatballs in a bucket, because why not right? Sofnade will be one of the 50 stalls available at the food street this year at Uncle Ringo’s carnival. Their Chicken Satay Meatballs In A Bucket ($9) comes with a good amount of meatballs and a generous serving of spicy satay peanut sauce. It even comes with ketupat, onions, and cucumbers!

6. Take A Bite

Good news, Take A Bite will be available at the food street too! They will be serving their specialty boba drinks such as their signature Brown Sugar Fresh Milk. Besides that, they will also be selling their special White Rabbit Bubble Milk drink at their booth there!

7. Cake Love

Cake Love serves Halal, delicious and innovative street desserts straight to you. At the food street, they will be offering their famous fluffy Souffle Pancakes! They have many sweet and even savory flavors for their pancakes. Besides their signature pancakes, they also have Flamed Fresh Cut Cheese Fries in 4 different flavors!
