Heavily guarding their traditional recipe, its origins can be traced all the way back to the Yuan Dynasty. Additionally, the ducks are from a reputable supplier that has been around for over 50 years, ensuring only the highest quality ducks are used.

Signature Dang Gui Duck (Half Duck- $35)

Being one of their signature dishes, this is definitely a must-try. The Peking duck is roasted to perfection, making the meat incredibly juicy and tender. The skin is crispy as well, with the meat not being too gamey, making it really palatable.

Compared to other Dang Gui Ducks, the herbal flavour here is milder, allowing the amazing flavour of the roast duck to shine. The herbal-ness and sweetness then come through at the end and lingers, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. With the perfect amount of herbal-ness coming through, even those who aren’t fans of herbal flavours will surely enjoy this dish!

Caramel Char Siew (0.5kg- $25)

The char siew here indeed stays true to its name. Although it is sweeter than your typical ones, it is not overly sweet and is strangely addictive! The meat is tender, with each slice having a beautiful layer of fat. For those that find it a tad too sweet, simply pair it with the chilli for a better balance of flavours.

To elevate your dishes with some heat, there are two types of chilli for you to enjoy. Starting with the sambal, it is slightly sweet while adding a good kick of spice and a touch of creaminess. As for your classic chicken rice chilli, it gives a nice layer of spice and tang.
