Popular Los Angeles restaurant Eggslut known for their creamy scrambled egg sandwiches, has finally made its shores to Singapore! They will be officially opening their doors at Scotts Square on Sept 9. This is not only their first outlet in Singapore, but also their first in Southeast Asia! They were brought in by the SPC Group, a South Korean holding firm that has brought us brands like Shake Shack and Paris Baguette.
First Eggslut Singapore Opening At Scott Square
Before becoming famous for their sandwiches filled with their signature creamy scrambled eggs, Eggslut began as a small food truck in Los Angeles in 2011. They now have outlets in Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Kuwait, with Singapore being their first Southeast Asian location.
Egg Sandwiches Galore
The Los Angeles restaurant is named after its egg-dominated menu, comprising of six main signature sandwiches.
Here are some of the signature sandwiches available:
Bacon, Egg & Cheese ($12): Applewood smoked bacon, medium egg, cheddar cheese, and chipotle ketchup

Fairfax ($12): Scrambled eggs over caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and sriracha mayonnaise
The Slut ($11): House-made potato puree in a glass jar, coddled egg, gray salt and chives, and baguette toast
Gaucho ($23): Wagyu tri-tip steak, medium egg, chimichurri, red onions, and arugula

There is news that fans have queued for more than an hour for the Eggslut sandwiches, and it is certain that the newest outlet in Singapore will be no exception. Eggslut Singapore will open on Sept 9 at 11 am. Additionally, the first 100 customers will receive an Eggslut gift! Do hurry down to skip the queue and make sure to come down with an empty stomach!
