At Chix Hot Chicken, they serve juicy and delicious Fried Chicken Sandwiches, amongst other scrumptious delights. Also, this restaurant was created by the famous Taufik Batistah. This is not a restaurant you’d want to miss!
Celebrity-Owned Restaurant At Jalan Pisang
Chix Hot Chicken restaurant was an idea put down by local celebrity, Taufik Batistah. He, too, had a craving for the infamous Nashville Chicken Sandwich and wanted a taste – luckily for Chicken Sando lovers everywhere, he followed through with his cravings. This restaurant features a well-curated, surprisingly diverse, and delectable menu of dishes – mostly surrounding Nashville-Style Fried Chicken.
There is one detail that Chix Hot Chicken is known for, however. They have an option of spice level, ranging from mild to hot but should you choose to challenge/torture your palette, there is the Insane and Atomic option for an added $0.99, and believe us, you will be challenged.
The amazing thing about their food is that, even if you select the spiciest option, the flavour does not hold back. The spiciness would overtake you, but the flavour of their chicken itself still packs a punch.
Succulent and Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwiches

For their Soul Slider ($9.90), they use a soft and buttery bun, tart pickles, their tangy ‘PINK Chix Sauce’ and the pièce de résistance, a crunchy – spicy and succulent boneless chicken thigh. This is their staple dish! There is of course The Dip ($9.90), which is a similar sandwich, the difference being that they dip the chicken in buffalo sauce.
Despite their famous Fried Chicken, their sides are equally fantastic. Their French fries ($4.50) are crunchy and almost mash potato-like inside it. But their best side by far is the ‘Dirty Taters’ ($9.90). Crunchy Tater Tots, crispy and juicy fried chicken, and doused with their rich and tangy Comeback sauce – making a sinfully good combination of flavours and textures. Chix Hot Chicken delivers in all aspects and is definitely a must-try!

Due to how busy that area is, expect there to be a lot of patrons around 12 pm. We suggest you go around 1 pm or 2 pm when there is less of a crowd. Come on down for some of the best Chicken Sandwiches ever!
