We decided to try all three types of roasted meats – Roast Pork, Char Siew, and Roast Duck. Starting off with the roast pork, it is incredibly crispy and gives a really satisfying crunch. Succulent and flavourful, it has a good ratio of fat to lean meat and each bite is simply delicious!

As for the char siew, it has a beautiful layer of char around the edges which gives crispiness and a slight bitterness. Each slice has a nice layer of fats and the sweetness from the marinade isn’t too overpowering, blending perfectly with the flavour of the pork belly. Be sure to pair it with the chilli for an extra burst of tanginess and spice which gives a pleasant balance to the sweetness.

Lastly, the roast duck is flavourful and a lot juicier and tender as compared to others. Additionally, it isn’t too gamey and the sambal helps to lift the flavours with layers of sweetness and umami.

Overall, it’s no surprise to see why Zhen Zhu Fang continues to remain popular with their incredible roasted meats. If you have yet to check them out, hurry down and try them for yourself today!
