There is nothing more satisfying than having a bowl of Orh Nee. Orh Nee, also known as sweet yam paste, is a favourite dessert among many Singaporeans. Typically served during family gatherings, this sweet dessert is a combination of yam, pandan leaves, and ginkgo nuts. Not only it is tasty, it is pretty, too! Orh Nee normally has a lilac colour.
