The mixture of yellow noodles and vermicelli rice noodles certainly elevates the texture of the dish. The simple yet beautiful dish is topped with beansprouts, fresh prawns, and fresh squids. No Fried Hokkien Mee is complete without some homemade sambal on the side and a lime. Make sure to freshly squeeze it before consuming it!
