2019 has been an amazing year in the burger scene. Many big brands including Shake Shack and A&W are now available. This year will be ending with a bang. December is going to be very exciting! One of the most highly anticipated burger brands in the world is finally opening. Five Guys will officially be opening in Singapore on 16th December 2019. That is just a few days away!
Five Guys at Plaza Singapura
The rumour of the opening started back in July, with multiple outlets reporting that Five Guys will be opening the first outlet in Singapore. With more than 1,600 outlets worldwide, it is about time for burgers and fries restaurant to be here! From 16th December 2019, we can all enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes as its first store in Plaza Singapura.
You will be happy to know that Five Guys believes in using high-quality ingredients for the products. No freezers, microwaves, timers, and can-openers can be found in the restaurant. However, you will probably notice the retro vibes, with everything decorated red and white. So, be prepared to be transported to yesteryears! Instagram-worthy? Yes, absolutely.
Of course, you will need to try out some of its famous burgers. Have a bite on the Cheeseburger, priced at $15 for an ala carte. The price matches the quality with the handmade beef patties. The cooking method encapsulates the flavours and textures beautifully. Alternatively, you can opt for Bacon Cheeseburger, too! Turn it into a meal with Five Guys style or Cajun fries, and a cup of Five Guys Shake!
Opening on 16th December 2019
So, if you are planning to be one of the first to try out this new joint, head down to Plaza Singapura on the 16th December 2019. Although the opening date is a Monday, we have a gut feeling that there is going to be a queue. Remember the opening month of Shake Shack in Jewel Changi? Yup! But, at the end of the day, good burgers are always worth queueing for!
