If you love fried chicken and waffles, the Fried Chicken and French Toast ($24.70) is a dish you would definitely want to try. What’s unique is that the fried chicken tastes reminiscent of Korean soy fried chicken, which is a refreshing change from your classic version.

Sink your teeth into this crispy and juicy delight as it bursts in flavour with each bite. The french toast is incredibly fluffy, with a beautiful layer of caramelised sugar to give it an amazing crispiness. Have a bite of the chicken and french toast together with the sweet maple syrup, and you’ll have a heavenly medley of flavours and textures. Do note, be careful with the amount of syrup used as too much of it will overpower the other flavours.

For all you steak lovers, their highly recommended Steak Hash ($27.10) is the perfect dish for you. This tasty dish comes with pan-seared striploin beef (180g) with your choice of doneness, crispy potatoes, kale, red onions, and a green sauce made with herbs and mints. Topping it off are two sunny-side-up eggs with a dash of togarashi for a slight kick of spice.

The beef is flavourful while still being tender and succulent, while the eggs add a beautiful layer of creaminess. Similar to a yoghurt sauce, the green sauce adds a delightful acidity that simply lifts the dish. Additionally, it has a generous amount of garlic and onions that helps elevate the flavours as well. Be sure to have everything together for an incredible bite that leaves you wanting more!

If you’re a fan of hashbrowns and looking for a side dish to share, the Honey Butter Coin Hash ($14.70) would make a good option. The hashbrowns have a crispy golden exterior while still retaining some fluffiness in the middle. A yoghurt sauce is served alongside, which gives the dish a pleasant tanginess that pairs really well with the savouriness of the hashbrowns.

Feel free to pair them with your classic chilli sauce and ketchup as well. Unfortunately, there is no trace of the honey butter flavour, making it a slight letdown. Overall, the flavours are pretty one-dimensional and for the price point, we would recommend choosing another side instead to share unless you’re really craving for some hashbrowns.
