Rice batter is evenly poured on a white cloth during the steaming process. Through this method, every piece of chee cheong fun is thin. Every piece is translucent, and you will be able to spot the ingredients inside. Perfectly paired with light soy sauce, and sesame. Although it is good on its own, seafood lovers shouldn’t miss out on trying it with scallop and prawns. Honestly, spot on choices.
