Marutama is one of the few places in Singapore serving ramen with chicken broth! Due to their logo, they are known as the “basketball ramen”. With their springy noodles and hearty broth, you’re sure to bounce back for more!

2. Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King
Ramen Keisuke has several different outlets in Singapore, and they all specialise in different types of Ramen. You’d be glad to know their milky tonkotsu (pork) broth is boiled for hours to achieve its flavourful broth!

3. Sanpoutei Ramen
Sanpoutei’s ingredients are all flown in from Niigata, Japan. If you’ve tried their noodles and wonder why they’re exceptionally springy, it’s because they make them fresh daily! Sanpoutei‘s signature bowl is served with a clear fish broth!

4. Baikohken Ramen
Baikhoken is a winner of the prestigious Asahikawa Ramen Award for their outlets in Japan. Although the menu does not have much variety in terms of ramen, there are lots of add-on toppings available! They even offer ramen at half-portion for kids or those with smaller appetites.

5. Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen
Here’s one for our Muslim friends! Ichikokudo Hokkaido is Singapore’s first Halal-certified Hokkaido-style ramen restaurant. With their extensive menu of mouth-watering ramen, you’re sure to leave with a satisfied tummy!

6. Ginza Kamo Soba Kyudaime Keisuke
“Kamo Soba” translates to Duck Ramen. Hence, you’ll find slices of premium Irish hybrid duck in every bowl of Ramen here! If you want to try something interesting, you should definitely add this to your list of places to dine at!

7. Menya Sanji
Menya Sanji uses pig’s head to boil their soup. However, you don’t have to worry about their soup being too salty as it is adjusted to suit the taste of locals here! The noodles and soup are made in Japan and delivered here; it doesn’t get more authentic than this!

8. Ramen Bar Suzuki
Besides serving unique flavours of ramen, they also have unlimited serving of steamed rice, bean sprouts, potato salad and hard-boiled eggs during lunch, and fresh cabbage for dinner. You can feel free to reach out for those to  pair with your Ramen!

Nantsuttei is known for their signature Black Ma-yu Ramen! It is served with a black layer of garlic and sesame oil blend floating on top the ramen broth. This gives the bowl a special aroma and a unique, creamy taste. You can either opt for their regular size ($10.80), or their Japan Size ($12) for this!

Recently opened in October this year, Gangsta Ramen takes solo dining to the next level. Here, you can slurp your bowl of noodles without having to worry about curious eyes on you! We personally recommend you try their Spicy Ramen!
