Start your week with endless possibilities and a range of tasty canelés & skillets at Mondays Cafe! The newest addition to the F&B scene in Bugis, this cafe opened its doors on September 13 and boasts a menu focused on coffees, canelés, brunch, and skillet-served food.
Mondays Cafe Opens At Bugis With Yummy Menu
Brunch lovers can look forward to indulging in a hearty meal with the plentiful food items on the cafe’s exciting menu. The Steak and Eggs ($28) has Angus striploin southern grain MS4 150g meat, sunny-side-up eggs, sautéed king oyster mushroom, fried kale, and cherry tomatoes served in a pan.
Another tantalising option is the Corsican Peach & Burrata ($23) which comes with milky cheese drizzled in a balsamic berry dressing.
Wide Variety Of Canelé Flavours Available
Available on the menu is also the cafe’s rendition of a well-loved French treat – the canelé. The French favourite comes in flavours like Original ($4), Raspberry Truffle ($6), Matcha ($6), Dalgona Espresso ($6), and Valrhona Chocolate Seasalt ($6). Pair with signature delights such as the Chilli Corne Carne Rosti ($24) and the Biscoff Latte ($7 for hot, $8 for iced) to fill your tummies!
Interestingly, the cafe is closed on Mondays so be sure to plan your trip down on other days of the week.
