In Singapore, it is still a trend that’s on the rise. There aren’t many cafes specialising in these souffle pancakes, so Gram Cafe & Pancake’s Singapore opening is a big deal for us here in Singapore! It’s no wonder that Singaporeans are even willing to queue for up to 4 hours on their opening day just to eat there!

The cafe’s grand opening was 16 June 2019, at 1pm. However, interested customers were already queueing from as early as 11am. By 1pm, there were about 50 people in the queue, which stretched past the other restaurants in the area.

For their signature Premium Pancakes ($17.90), they have limited the servings to 30 servings per time slot (11am, 3pm and 6pm). So, if you’re there for their signature dish, make sure you’re the first 30 customers in each time slot!

Their menu is available for the whole day, and includes other items besides their souffle Premium Pancakes. For a savoury option, they have Chilli Beans Pancakes ($18.90), French Toast with Banana Chocolate ($15.90) and Rich Tiramisu Pancakes ($15.90).

Each customer must order at least a dish or a drink and each table’s duration is capped at 1 hour only! So make sure your entire party is present to make the most out of that 1 hour.
