The Pulled Pork Quesadilla is filled with a good ratio of ingredients, ensuring it doesn’t fall apart after the first bite. The pork is seriously tender, with the cabbage adding a pleasant crunchiness to each bite. As for the guacamole, it is a little more watery than your usual ones, but is nonetheless still a tasty dip. It has a good amount of spice and goes really well with the tortilla chips. Be sure to dip your burrito in for a beautiful layer of creaminess, giving you one heavenly bite.

2. Pulled Beef Burrito Set ($8 – With Chips and Salsa)

The Pulled Beef Burrito burrito is cut into two, ensuring you can eat it with ease. The beef is super tender and moist, with the mix of cabbage and lettuce adding a good contrast of textures.  Be sure to eat it fast as the beef gets a tad dry after a while! As compared to the quesadilla, there is a lot more meat making it much more substantial.

The flavours are well-balanced, with the tanginess from the salsa shining through in each bite! To make his delicious salsa, James uses tomato puree and various secret ingredients. An incredibly refreshing dip that goes perfectly with chips and any of your mains!
