So, why is The Alley so famous around the world? They are known for their freshly handcrafted tapioca. Named as Deerioca ’cause their logo is a deer, their tapioca balls are made from scratch. They start it off by making the dough, kneading and rolling the dough into small balls. The outcome is extremely chewy and aromatic, making each bite satisfying and enjoyable!
If it is your first time trying out The Alley, you need to try out their Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk! It is a mixture of freshly handcrafted tapioca, fresh milk, and house-made sugar cane syrup. Yes, you read it right. Unlike the conventional way of using brown sugar for taste, they use house-made sugar cane syrup. It tastes more aromatic and less sweet.
Some other flavours that you will need to try are Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brûlée Milk, Qing Oolong Milk Tea, The Alley Trio Milk Tea, and Little Happiness Milk Tea.
