1. Laksa Prawn Linguine ($6.20)
Putting a local spin on a classic Italian favourite, the Laksa Prawn Linguine is served with fettuccine pasta, a generous portion of prawns, and their signature laksa sauce. Despite being a fusion dish, it is still lemak due to the coconut milk, retaining its local flare.Â
The flavour of the laksa isn’t too overpowering and blends well with the pasta. There is also a subtle kick of heat, making it palatable for all. Additionally, the prawns have a pleasant bite to them.
