Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe For Chocolate Lovers
For most of us, ice cream is important because it’s a happy pill. Growing up, ice cream has become an integral part of our lives as it’s the perfect hot-weather remedy. Since we can enjoy a scoop of ice cream at almost any time during the day, there’s no harm picking up this easy recipe and have ice cream stored in your fridge. Chocolate ice cream, here we come.
500g All-Purpose Cream
390 g Condensed Milk
2/3 Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Step 1: In an overnight-chilled bowl, pour in chilled all-purpose cream
Step 2: Whip the cream for about 15 minutes until it doubles the size
Step 3: Then, add in chilled condensed milk and mix well
Step 4: Sieve the cocoa powder and add it into the mixture, then mix well until it forms a thick texture
Step 5: Transfer the mixture into any container and freeze for at least 7 hours
Step 6: Add in your own toppings (chocolate chips, chocolate sauce)
