Salmon Mentaiko Rice Bowl ($13.90)
Served with a generous slab of salmon, the Mentaiko sauce is delightfully creamy and has a good amount of flavour without overpowering the salmon. The olive pilaf rice gives a slight sharpness, with the sweetness of the corn adding balance as well as a layer of crunch. Paired with a bite of tamago and kimchi, it’ll be a pleasant mouthful with the right burst of sweetness and acidity.

If you’re looking for an appetiser to start your meal, why not go for the tasty and newly introduced Chipotle Prawn Salad! Tossed with fresh and crisp mesclun greens, the homemade vinaigrette gives a nice citrusy flavour. Served with plump mini prawn patties, these golden delights have a good bite and a slight kick of heat, making each bite simply delightful.
Classic Signature Dishes Available As Well!
Signature Grilled Chicken Chop ($8.90)
Starting off with a classic western dish, the Signature Grilled Chicken Chop is cooked to perfection, giving the skin an incredible layer of crispiness. Juicy and tender, the meat is full of flavour and the smokiness from the char elevates each bite to another level. Offering a choice of Black Pepper and Mushroom sauce, we highly recommend going with the Black Pepper sauce as it adds a good kick of heat to the dish.
As for the sides, you definitely can’t go wrong with an Italian classic, the Spaghetti Aglio Olio – tossed with chilli flakes and parsley, we loved every bite of the flavourful aglio. Completing the dish is a refreshing portion of Mesclun salad and a side of sweet and juicy Corn Cob.
Signature Roasted BBQ Baby Pork Ribs ($16.90 for half slab)
Tender and succulent, the Signature Roasted BBQ Pork Ribs are well-seasoned and the BBQ sauce has a good balance of sweet and salty for an amazing blend of flavours. Served with a side of crispy Shoestring Fries, Mesclun salad, and Corn Cob – this is definitely a must-try dish for fans of BBQ Pork Ribs!
Premium Mixed Grill ($19.90)
A dish for carnivores, the Premium Mixed Grill is served with an array of glorious meats – its Signature Grilled Chicken Chop, Grilled Pork Chop, tender Lamb Chop, and Prime Iberico Pork Sausage with Black Pepper sauce.
The Lamb Chop is grilled well, with the meat being tender and the fats melting beautifully. Furthermore, it is flavourful without being too gamey, which will be palatable for most. For the Pork Chop, the porky taste isn’t too overwhelming and the smokiness adds a nice touch of flavour.
You’ll be surprised the Pork Chop is tender too! Be sure to dip it into the Black Pepper sauce as it pairs really well together. Lastly, the Prime Iberico Pork Sausage has a wonderful smoky flavour with a pleasant bite to it too.
Truffle Alfredo ($9.50)
If you love the taste of cream pasta and truffle, this is definitely a must-try! The pasta is al dente and the alfredo sauce is incredibly creamy, with the perfect amount of flavour without it getting too jelak.
Truffle shavings are sprinkled on top, allowing you to enjoy some bites with just the alfredo sauce, giving it a really nice touch. Served with ham and mushrooms, they bring a good balance of flavours with layers of savouriness and umami.
