1. Xmas Japanese Chestnut Cake ($65 for 15cm)
The Xmas Japanese Chestnut Cake is perfect for those who enjoy the flavour of chestnuts. A delectable combination of cocoa sponge and almond cookie crunch is piled with custard cream, Japanese chestnut buttercream, and candied Japanese chestnuts, topped off with more fresh cream.
2. Xmas Uji Matcha Cake ($40 for 14cm)
The Xmas Uji Matcha Cake brings you a delightful fusion of flavours, incorporating both traditional Japanese elements and a festive touch. The base starts with a cocoa sponge, followed by layers of Hokkaido sugared red beans and yuzu jam. The entire cake is then coated with pure matcha cream of the finest grade.
3. Xmas Double Cheese Cake ($53 for 14cm)
You’ll be dreaming of a white Christmas with the Xmas Double Cheese Cake. reminiscent of a white winter wonderland, the cake features vanilla sponge, souffle cheese, Setouchi lemon sauce, and a incing made from rare cream cheese. A special treat for the holiday season!
