The fried carrot cake is served at seriously affordable prices of $3, $4, and $5, making it a bang for your buck! For the black version, the radish cubes are cooked well, giving them a nice crispy bite. As for the chai poh, it helps add a pleasant savouriness to the dish. Each bite is filled with the amazing wok hei, giving an incredible smokiness that’s seriously addictive! This is something not all fried carrot cake stalls have managed to execute well, making this spot stand out from the rest! Additionally, the balance between the flavours is achieved beautifully, with a kick of spice to help lift the dish! Incredibly delicious!
