One of their most popular dishes, the Grilled Lamb Chops are most certainly a must-try. As recommended by the chef, we went for a medium temperature on the lamb. Though it might seem like a simple dish, BAKALAKI executes it to perfection. Cooked beautifully, the lamb cuts through like butter and is seriously tender and juicy, with a really good sear that makes the fats melt nicely.

Marinated with oregano and rosemary, each bite is incredibly flavourful with flavour of the herbs coming through. Feel free to squeeze some lemon juice for a burst of acidity, but be careful as an excessive amount of it will overpower the flavour of the lamb.

Served with oven-baked potatoes, they are perfectly cooked, giving them a really satisfying bite. Well-seasoned, they are savoury and have a slight tang to them, making it unwise to squeeze more lemon juice over them. Its’ definitely a must-have dish whenever you’re here!
