Last year, AirAsia had started a food delivery platform known as airasia food in Malaysia. It is finally making its way to Singapore!
AirAsia’s Food Delivery Launches In Singapore
As reported by The Star, AirAsia has launched the food delivery platform to mitigate financial losses from the aviation sector. In Singapore, approximately 80 eateries have signed up for airasia food, with 300 restaurants currently in process of signing up.
Some of the well-regarded eateries include Choon Tim Sum Restaurant and No Signboard Seafood. Additionally, it was reported that the food delivery platform charges a 15% commission per delivery. With many restaurants signing up, airasia food is ready with 500 riders on board.
The management team promises food to be delivered within 60 minutes upon order. If you are looking to try out the latest platform, you will be excited to know that’s a promotion happening. Happening from 2nd to 16th March, the food delivery platform will be offering free delivery within 8 kilometers.
Similar to AirAsia, airasia food sound promising with cheaper delivery fees, and cheaper options to be available. Apart from Singapore, airasia food plans to enter different markets including Indonesia, Thailand, and also the Philippines later this year.
