Fried chicken is universal. But, depending on the countries, there are different ways of serving fried chicken. Kickstarted by a young entrepreneur, Ah Tan Wings currently has two locations, one at Yishun Park Hawker Centre, and another at Timbre+ @ One North. Ah Tan Wings’ chicken wings win the heart of many. Available in chicken wings or chicken drumlets, these har cheong gai are marinated for two days. As a result, the aromatic taste of the shrimp paste is soaked all the way into the chicken flesh.
