Ah Lian Bee Hoon serves economic bee hoon. Although fried bee hoon is a simple dish, it is delicious when it is well-executed. And, that’s what Ah Lian Bee Hoon did. Truly fragrant, it is best eaten when it is served hot. Paired together with some homemade sambal, and you’re good to go. Although many people will opt for bee hoon, other choices of noodles such as kway teow are available too.
