11 Best Supper Spots To Check Out In S’pore!

1. Koka Wanton Noodle

Photo:@momopost (Instagram)

A popular supper spot, Koka Wanton Noodle is known for its snaking queues even during the wee hours of the night. Passed down from three generations, the Yip family’s stall has been rated as one of the best wanton noodles by a local paper and they have also achieved the Michelin Plate status.

Served with al dente noodles, thinly-sliced char siew, wantons, chinese mushrooms, shredded chicken, and choy sum, the noodles are coated with a light and flavourful sauce, with the spicy chilli giving it the perfect amount of heat. The char siew is lean and juicy while the wantons are made with pork and dried sole fish which gives each bite a pleasant crunch and depth of flavour. Additionally, the mushrooms and shredded chicken help give an additional layer of flavour and texture, elevating the dish.

For those who grew up eating this, you would definitely enjoy the old-school and nostalgic taste that every bite brings! A distinct taste that you certainly can’t find anywhere else!

Address: 10 North Bridge Rd, North Bridge Road Market & Food Centre, Singapore 190010

For those looking to satisfy their prata cravings in the wee hours of the night, Julaiha Muslim Restaurant is just the spot to head to. Served along with mutton curry, this dish brings you an incredible burst of flavours. The curry served is not too watery and slightly spicy, hence pairing perfectly with the prata. Additionally, the prata is also thinly folded which makes it so much easier and enjoyable to eat as it does not taste too doughy.

While some may argue that prata should be more doughy or more crispy, Julaiha Muslim Restaurant combines the two together to bring you the best of both worlds!
