You Tiao Man has caught our attention with its otah charcoal youtiao, three words that we never thought will come together. Apart from otah charcoal youtiao, you can also opt to try sotong youtiao. The sotong youtiao from You Tiao Man is filled with creamy sotong paste, and it is topped off with aromatic sesame seeds for an extra crunch. Do take note that these items will be delivered frozen. But, you don’t need to deep-fry it before consumption. Simply pop in the oven or air fryer, and you’re good to go!

Other heritage snacks such as hum chim peng, and curry samosa are available, too. Apart from these two very interesting choices, You Tiao Man has other dim sum options such as shrimp har kao, seafood shao mai, and fried bean curd roll. Interestingly, they have a recently dropped B.T.S bundle! The bundle comes with black soy milk, traditional youtiao, and also sotong youtiao. Nice.
