Here’s What You Will Need
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
Here’s What You Will Need To Do
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and margarine, and mix well.
Step 2: Then, add in eggs one by one and mix well again.
Step 3: Add in vanilla essence and mix.
Step 4: Slowly add in flour and baking powder, and mix well.
Step 5: Then, separate the cake batter into two bowls (one for plain cake batter, one for cocoa cake batter).
Step 6: Take one bowl, pour in cocoa powder and mix well.
Step 7: Scoop one tablespoon of plain cake batter and put into the center of an 8-inch cake pan. Then, scoop one tablespoon of cocoa cake batter and put on top of plain cake batter. Continue until both cake batters are incorporated inside the cake pan.
Step 8: Using a toothpick or the back of a spoon, twirl the cake batter to make marble swirls.
Step 9: Preheat oven to 170°C and then, bake for 45 minutes.
