In 1988, Madam Ong Qiu Lian started serving her handmade Ban Mee and Mee Hoon Kuay to yearning locals and gained immense popularity over the years. Known for its rich soup base and springy handmade noodles, Qiu Lian Ban Mee continues to be a household name among locals to this day.

In collaboration with Qiu Lian Ban Mee, The Travelling Spoon brings you their signature handmade Ban Mee in a specially formulated spicy sauce.
