Ministry of Food (MoF), a casual dining empire is the name behind Terminal M’s latest themed-dining experience. Located in Changi Airport Terminal 3, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to the food options here. Renowned vendors such as Café Papa (Korean), Kaisen-ya as well as many more are all operating in Terminal M!
In line with the aviation-themed food court, there are first class seats here and the best part is that these seats are FREE! As the seats in this food court are open to the public, you won’t need to pay to get yourselves ‘hot seats’. Get it?
Let’s walk you through the entire dining experience here in Terminal M, shall we?
Firstly, you’ll have to make your order upon the kiosks at the entrance. Then, you’ll receive a boarding pass which states your Flight, Gate and Seat Number. Confused? Fret not, we’re here to clear the cloud of confusion. While Flight refers to the stall name, the Gate number is the stall number and finally, the Seat Number is your queue number. Easy right?
Also, while you’re there, don’t forget to order Terminal M’s very own 6-in-1 Halal Xiao Long Bao priced at only $13! Besides, you can witness the entire making process as each xiao long bao is made from scratch. There are 6 local Singapore flavours for each dumpling; Original chicken flavour, chilli crab, bak kut teh, laksa, salted egg yolk, and black pepper crab.
