Have you ever heard of Lapis Roulade before? Introduced to Singapore by Madam Lee, Lapis Roulade is a traditional Indonesian Kueh Lapis in rolled form. Made with premium hand-selected ingredients, and handmade, you will be excited to know that it is air-flown all the way from Medan, Indonesia.

Buttery and light, this brand offers a few flavours. The highlight of the small menu is none other than Prune Roulade. Loved by many, Prune Roulade is made with slices of prunes tucked in between different layers. It pairs well the different spices that are used such as cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, and nutmegs.
