The char siew is lean and juicy, with the right amount of flavour without overpowering the rest of the dish. For the wantons, they are made with pork and dried sole fish. Each bite gives you a pleasant crunch and has a good depth of flavour. Additionally, with the mushrooms and shredded chicken, they help to give an additional layer of flavours and textures, elevating the entire dish.
