The highly anticipated opening was well-received with long queues for a couple of months. In recent news, Kyushu Pancake Cafe has just recently reopened with new interiors. Flipper’s Is Opening In Singapore
Another popular souffle pancake cafe will be making its mark in Singapore. Started in Tokyo, Flipper’s has become a crowd favourite among Japanese due to its fluffy souffle pancakes. It will be opening in Takashimaya Shopping Centre on 6th November. It will be located on the same spot as d’Good Cafe’s former location. The outlet is decked with Instagram-worthy neon signs! So flippin’ cute!

As part of its specialty, the fluffy souffle pancakes are served with two forks. You will find sweet and savoury favourites as part of the menu. Have it with some whipped cream, or elevate it with fresh fruits for extra flavour and texture. It appears to be a good way to start the morning, too. Imagine having fluffy souffle pancakes with poached eggs, crispy bacon, and more! For the menu, the price starts from $17.80.
