One of the popular gems in Beauty World Food Centre, Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle Rice offers an array of dishes for customers to enjoy. Ranging from classics like Char Siew Rice to their popular Soya Sauce Chicken Rice/Noodles and Dumpling Noodles, they also offer Beef Brisket Noodles on the weekends.
On top of that, they also offer breakfast items on the weekends like homemade Yam Cake ($3), Glutinous Rice ($3), and Chee Cheong Fun ($2).
The Soya Sauce Chicken Noodles ($4.50) are served with springy noodles, giving them a delightful and addictive al dente texture. Be sure to give them a good mix with the sauce for an amazing burst of savouriness and spice.
As for the chicken, it is marinated well and is incredibly tender and succulent, with the skin being silky smooth as well. When paired with the noodles, it gives a beautiful balance of flavours, making each bite simply delicious.
