After working in Hong Kong for more than a decade, Joyce was retrenched from a job she had loved in Hong Kong in 2019. Although she believed that Hong Kong has better job prospects in comparison to Singapore, she had decided to make her way home to Singapore.

As she was always a fan of cinnamon rolls, she had realized that there are not many healthy cinnamon rolls around the island. With the idea of creating her own cinnamon rolls, she had learned how to make cinnamon rolls using an online recipe as her base. After 27 times of experimenting, the best version was made.

Loved by her friends and family, many some them asked if they were able to purchase the cinnamon rolls. Just like that, a business was born. Naming the brand as Guilt Free Food, Joyce uses less sugar and premium ingredients for her creations.

Starting a year ago, Guilt Free Food now offers different types of cinnamon rolls including Cream Cheese Frosting Cinnamon Roll, Pink Himalayan Salted Caramel Cinnamon Roll, and Triple Chocolate Cinnamon Roll. Joyce even made Cheesymite Roll, and it is made out of Marmite or Vegemite. Brilliant!
