Fitri Creations was founded in 2014 by Pastry Chef Siti Lim who has worked in a 5-star hotel for over 10 years. She started her baking academy after she resigned from her job to help train single and stay-at-home mothers, as well as home bakers. This was to help them earn a little extra income while doing what they love. All bakers are given intense training to ensure the bakery’s high standards are matched. On top of that, all items are quality-checked by Chef Siti before they go out. The bakery is even named Fitri which means pure, to reflect these admirable intentions. Additionally, every purchase you make is helping these women support their families!

The Ondeh Ondeh Doughnut is reminiscent to the traditional kueh we are familiar with without the oozing gula melaka inside. Every bite is soft and creamy and a coating of grated coconut on the outside adds a pleasant crunch to it.
