Hello, friends! While there are many eateries that had pulled through during the pandemic, some eateries were not able to mitigate financial losses over the course of a few months. No doubt, it has been a challenging year for many businesses. We dislike being the bearer of bad news, but it appears that Charlie Brown Cafe will officially be ceasing its operations on 31st December 2020.
Charlie Brown Cafe In Singapore Will Be Officially Closing
Charlie Brown Cafe at Cathay Cineleisure has been around since the year of 2014. When it started its operations, it was a must-visit for many Singaporeans and foreigners who loved everything about Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the entire gang. The themed-cafe serves Halal-certified food, comprised of Western food such as burgers, pasta, and even pancakes!
The space and food are ‘gram-worthy. But, for the past few years, it hasn’t been friendly to themed-cafes, with many shutting down. Some of them are from Sanrio characters such as Hello Kitty Garden Cafe, Gudetama, and My Melody Cafes. In addition to this, DC Super Heroes Cafe took a hit as well. Ceasing its operations, Charlie Brown Cafe wrote a farewell note on its social media platforms.
Closing On 31st December 2020
On the Facebook post, it reads, ‘Charlie Brown Cafe will be permanently closed and our last operating day will be on 31st December 2020. Thank you for the support that you have given us all these years. We hope to be able to serve you again in the future’. Will you be making your way to Charlie Brown Cafe to bid farewell?
