Served at an affordable price of $3 with a generous portion of braised pork, the meat is seriously flavourful and tender. It has a good ratio of fats to lean meat, with the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Compared to the ones you’ll find at Taiwanese Cafes, this will definitely hit the spot and at a much more affordable price point as well.

One of their best-sellers, the Pig Organ Soup is definitely a must-try when you’re here. The soup is light yet flavourful, with each sip bringing you a delightful feeling of comfort. The dish is served with a generous amount of ingredients like minced pork, liver, pork balls, and pig stomach.

The liver is perfectly cooked, making it incredibly tender while the stomach has a nice chewy bite. Both taste really clean as well, making them very palatable for most people. As for the pork ball, it has a really pleasant bite and is seasoned to perfection. Elevating the flavours of the ingredients is the chilli, adding layers of spice and tang to each bite.

Vinegar Pig Trotters ($8.00)

A Cantonese favourite dish, this is a good option to try if you’re looking for something different from your usual Braised Pig Trotters. The taste of the vinegar is pretty mild and the flavour of the gravy leans towards the sweeter side, perfect for those who aren’t fans of too vinegary dishes. Additionally, the consistency isn’t too thick as well, allowing you to drink it with ease and enjoyment.

The enormous pig trotters are seriously tender, and the mouth-watering chunks of fat melt beautifully with each bite. The meat absorbs the gravy really well, giving it full of flavour. Be sure to pair it with the chilli for a kick of spice and the perfect balance of flavours.
