Currently operated by the second generation of the family, the owner had learned the skills to make the perfect plate of carrot cake from his mother. Back in the day, they used to make black and white carrot cakes, a signature finding in Singapore, but now they are focusing on white carrot cakes only.

The rice cakes are perfectly scrambled together with an omelette. Just like any good carrot cake, the edge of the carrot cake is crispy, and it is soft on the inside.
