Take-Home Festive Set consists of several delicious dishes including Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng, YUN NANS Prosperity Treasure Hot Pot, Steamed Glutinous Rice Wrapped with Lotus Leaf, and Traditional Salt Baked Chicken. Starting off with the Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng, it is a must-have dish that brings great blessings and abundance to the new year!
Making a comeback, YUN NANS Prosperity Treasure Hot Pot has been elevated with even more premium ingredients. The golden broth is heavenly with a mixture of jinhua ham, old hens, chicken feet, pork bones, lean pork, pork trotters, dried scallops, and carrots – cooked for six hours! Wild morel is also in the list of ingredients. Known as the King of edible mushrooms, they cost more than US$800 per kg and add a nutty flavour. Made with porcini mushrooms, Steamed Glutinous Rice Wrapped with Lotus Leaf has an earthy note, and it is well-paired with other dishes.
Last but not the least, Traditional Salt Baked Chicken is made with free-range chicken. Cooked in a Hainanese method, it is baked for an hour to ensure that every bite is tender and juicy.
