Located at Woodlands Galaxy CC, the observatory is finally reopening its doors on Oct 7 after a two-year-long hiatus. This stargazing spot that has been closed since 2020 is a mere five-minute walk from Admiralty MRT station.
Woodlands Galaxy CC Observatory Is Now Open!
With tickets going cheap at just $1 per visit, this is the ideal hang-out space to spend your Friday nights! Simply head over to the CC Counter Service at Level 1 to get your tickets. Try to go earlier if you want to catch a glimpse of the stars as tickets are limited.

The observatory could not have opened at a better time.  Mars and Saturn will also be visible on Oct 7 and will remain so till the next day, so head on down for a stargazing session that will not disappoint! Admire the stars’ beauty using their state-of-the-art telescope equipped with a 30cm reflector.
Don’t forget to keep a look out for Jupiter! Predicted to be the closest it’s ever been to earth in 60 years, you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of it until February 2023.
There’s even a highly Instagrammable spiral staircase that leads up to the observation deck. Snap a quick picture on your way up to remember the night by!
Once you’re done stargazing, there are plenty of activities to partake in at Woodlands Galaxy CC. Get in a quick workout at their gym or belt out tunes of the greatest music hits with friends to round up your night.
