The menu here is lean and instantly draws your attention to their signature bowl: Tokusen Ton Shio ($17.80). This bowl of chewy noodles stands out as it features a special pork-flavoured soup base with a unique taste of salt. Remaining ramen options here include the Tokusen Miso ($17.80), Tokusen Shiro Miso ($17.80), Miso Tonkotsu ($17.80) and Tokusen Shoyu ($14.80).

High-Quality Ingredients Flown In From Hokkaido

Commonly associated with medium-sized, curly yellow noodles in miso-based ramen, topped with sweet corn, butter, and bean sprouts, Sapporo-style ramen consists of key ingredients such as noodles, miso, kelp (konbu dashi), and soup base – all of which are directly sourced from and supplied by manufacturers In Hokkaido.

Flown in straight from Japan, the frozen noodles are first thawed for a number of days before being served to diners in order to achieve their signature springy bite. Different from your typical Tonkotsu soup, the broth of the Sapporo-style miso ramen is usually thicker, richer, and just a tad bit saltier.
