Ding Gua Gua Fried Rice At Bedok South
Apart from the Signature Egg Fried Rice ($4), the stall dishes up three other appetising versions of the fried rice: Garlic Fried Rice ($4), DGG Egg Fried Rice ($4.40), and Sambal Fried Rice ($4.50). For a few extra dollars, you can complement the rice with your choice of meat: complement the carbs with your choice of meat: pork chop ($2.50), shrimp ($2.50), Taiwanese sausage ($1.50), or luncheon meat ($1).
Yummy $4 Egg Fried Rice At Bedok
Bearing a striking resemblance to the beloved plates of fried rice from Din Tai Fung, Ding Gua Gua Fried Rice’s Signature Egg Fried Rice With Pork Chop ($6.50) features golden short-grain rice topped with beautifully cut pork chop slices, lined in a row. Lightly seasoned with five-spice powder, the pork chop was tender and easy to cut through.
Try their house-made sour sauce! The sweet and mildly spicy sauce is reminiscent of the Sichuan chilli oil served with Din Tai Fung’s fan-favourite chilli oil dumplings.
