Commonly known as ‘Orh Luak’ among the locals, Lim’s Fried Oyster’s Orh Luak is rich and flavourful. The texture of the omelette is described to be fried until crispy, with some burnt edges. A surprise crunch in every single bite. Combine it together with homemade chilli sauce to have a burst of flavours in your mouth. You can never go wrong with rich, tangy, and spicy chilli sauce!
