Fried Durian With Chocolate & Honey Dips
We had stumbled upon a relatively new Instagram page, Sedap Durian. Although it is new, it looks very promising from high praises from those who had the opportunity to sink their teeth into fried durian. Specialising in fried durian, Sedap Durian only uses D24 to make these beauties. They remove the flesh from the seed before deep-frying it into a beautiful golden brown crispy fritter. Yes, please.
To add to the delight, one set comes with two dipping sauces, chocolate, and honey. Surprisingly, many mentioned that it goes really well with chocolate. Indeed, this is pretty sinful, and we would suggest you share it with your family! Ten pieces of fried durians are priced at $13, and there are additional delivery charges. Self-pick-up is also available at Woodlands Loop and Joo Chiat Road.
Before offering fried durian on their menu, Sedap Durian has also created tiramisu with durian. We are excited to see what are their other creations in the future!
