Good news seafood lovers: Parkroyal on Pickering’s Lobsterfest is extended for two extra weeks till 14 July 2019 due to the overwhelming response! This year’s Lobsterfest started on 24 May 2019 and has since garnered a lot of attention. After all, it’s not everyday that you get to eat as much lobster as you want!
Their Lobsterfest is an all-you-can-eat buffet of lobster dishes. This is their fourth year holding this spectacular dining experience, featuring the lobster in all its full glory! Have it any way you like – plain, grilled, boiled and much more.
This year’s specials include Lobster with Golden Egg Yolk Butter Cream, Wok-fried Lobsters with Five-Spice Sauce and Sichuan Mala Lobster. Other favourites that debuted in previous years include Lobster with Singaproe Chilli Sauce, Roti John with Minced Lobster Meat, Baby Lobster Laksa Noodles. Of course you’ll also get to enjoy lobsters on ice and grilled lobster!
